"Overeaters Anonymous (OA) offers a solution to anyone who would like to stop eating compulsively.
There are no dues or fees to attend OA, it is self supporting through member contributions.
OA is not just about weight loss, gain or maintenance; or obesity or diets.
It addresses physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. It is not a religious organisation and does not promote any particular diet."
If you want to stop compulsive overeating, OA may have a solution for you.

“The Big Book – Precisely How We Have Recovered”
We are holding our spring retreat with the help of a speaker from ‘A Vision for You’ concept of OA. The weekend will run from Friday evening until Sunday lunch time, with various options for attending. This year, as well as the main speaker, leading us through the Big Book, there will be meetings, meditation and time for some socialising. All meals will be buffet style, and menus will be made available nearer to the time.
Rooms are being held until 25th January 2018
